1. Accountant
   1. Proposal to change from current accountant -CliftonLarsonAllen to Two Rivers Accounting. (See Contract)
   2. Approve and sign new contract.
2. Closed session pursuant to Wisconsin Statute 19.85(1)(c) and 19.85(1)(b) WI statues which, if discussed publicly, would likely have a substantial adverse effect upon the reputation of any person(s) referred to in such data.
3. Reconvene to open session and act on items from closed session.
4. Adjournment
